Julgamento: Processo relativo a vereador da cidade de Itajá será apreciado nesta terça-feira

Logo mais a partir de 14h será vivenciada mais uma sessão ordinária na esfera do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do RN, na capital do estado.

A sessão começará a partir de 14h, e a Pauta de Julgamento nº 63/2017 inclui um total de oito matérias.

Os processos têm origem nos municípios de Rafael Fernandes, Passa e Fica, São José do Seridó, Canguaretama, São José de Mipibu, Itajá e Ceará-Mirim.

A matéria correspondente à cidade de Itajá – Recurso Eleitoral nº 425-17.2016.6.20.0029 – diz respeito a desaprovação da prestação de contas do ex-candidato e vereador eleito Carlos Tomaz da Silva, Carlinhos de Celso (PMDB) - foto -, que concorreu a uma vaga no Legislativo da cidade na eleição municipal de outubro de 2016, se elegendo com um total de 319 votos.
